Some months ago I was wanted to write an article on our software development trainee programme.
In this article I wanted the help of our trainees and with their comments today the article was published to all Turkcell employees in the weekly internal magazine called HaberCELL.
The whole article can be accessed from below link, and I want to mention two more things ;
1- It is and will be always an honour and joy for me to work with these brilliant young engineers, I want to thank them all for their blief in this process and me.
2- I am sorry that comments of previous years trainees were not in the published article, it was perceived too long to be published I guess.
I hope with the support of the management and the previous trainees who are now an employee of Turkcell this project will enlarge and help lots of Turkish young engineers with their career startup.
